We offer a 5-step patient treatment and assistance plan:
Step 1. As we boast of a no-appointment needed service, you can simply walk in at our Silver Spring to take advantage of a fast and experienced team to address your urgent medical needs. Remember to bring valid ID, insurance documents, and other relevant papers you may need.
Step 2. Your vital signs, medical history as well as the purpose of your visit will be obtained. Appropriate diagnostic and lab tests will be performed. Once the results are in, the physician will talk to you regarding the results as well as the corresponding diagnosis and treatment program.
Step 3. After receiving and being contented with the information about your condition and its treatment, you are now ready to conclude your visit. Further instructions, your prescriptions, and record will be provided on the front desk. You may be booked for an appointment within the same day or the day to see if you have improved.
Step 4. Aftercare services are as important as the treatment plan itself. The physician may advise for a follow-up consultation and you will be booked according to a schedule that fits you best.
