Xpress MedCare
In October 2009, Xpress MedCare was created by an Emergency Room Physician who saw a need for more affordable emergency care for people in the surrounding community. Located in Silver Spring Maryland, XpressMedCare’s mission is to offer fast, convenient medical care to people of all ages, both young and old.
Our Goals
Primary Focus on the Needs of the Patient
At XpressMedCare, one of our goals is to make sure we focus on the needs of every patient who walks through our doors. We strive to change the way medical professionals look at their patients: by their age. Age is only one small factor of what makes a person who they are. Everyone has different needs at different stages in their lives, so our staff of medical professionals focus primarily on what our patient’s needs are, not their age.
Obtain Quicker Results Through Our On-Site X-Ray Machine
We don’t want our patients waiting any longer than they need to when time is of the essence if they broke a bone or have an internal injury. At XpressMedCare, we have an on-site X-Ray machine that delivers high quality resolution images fast. Now our patients no longer have to wait hours or even days before their x-rays are developed and read by a radiologist.

Our mission is to cut the amount of time our patients sit in the waiting room before they are seen by one of our board certified medical professionals. We know how long patients sit in an Emergency Room waiting room before they are seen. When you choose us, there’s no wait time and a typical visit is a quarter of the price of an Emergency Room visit.
We Staff Only Board Certified Providers
Our patients can rest easy knowing all our providers are board certified. That takes a lot of the guess work out of wondering if the medical professional who is examining you is licensed and board certified through the state. At XpressMedCare, we continually strive to provide exceptional quality care that is both fast and affordable to everyone who walks in to see us.
